- Item must be exchanged within 15 days of date of purchase with the original invoice / receipt.
If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with Customer Service Team. Call us on +92-300-8440505 as soon as possible with your order number.
- The exchanged items must be in original/salable condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.
- In case the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the item can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase with an email to our customer care team stating the reason of dissatisfaction.
- Item purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.
- Note:If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice.
