Had an issue with an order and flagged to company, a lovely lady called Yasmin handled my issue and came back with a resolution Immediately. All sorted with a week which was brilliant. Things go wrong all the time but it's how companies resolve the issues is a good benchmark of its ethics. I would highly recommend this company and the quality of the shoes are amazing better than I thought.

The craftsmanship on the whole cut shoes I bought for my wedding day was superb. The dark brown shoes were the perfect final touch for a navy suit and garnered appreciative comments all day. Unique and stylish. The delivery was rapid and pain free which helped reduce stress ahead of the next day. Even the packaging was impressive with individual labels protective bags for the shoes and high end boxing. I can't recommend Gomila enough.
